Parents
Safety and child pickup.
The day is organized so a parent can see who is with their child and who is allowed to take them home.
Children are grouped as Explorers (5–7), Adventurers (8–10), Pathfinders (11–13), and Trailblazers (14–16). Activities stay inside those groups. Volunteers are adults. They are screened and complete safeguarding orientation before they serve.
At registration, a family names up to three adults who may collect each child. A church or school family names the collecting adult when they open their own consent link. A coordinator cannot complete that step for them.
A collection code is created only when a place is confirmed. It is sent to the parent or guardian. It is not printed in large type on the child’s pass. At home time, the team matches the child, the named adult, and the code.
If the named adult is late, the child stays with the event team. Tell us through the contact form if the collecting adult has to change before the day.
Bring comfortable clothes, closed shoes, a bottle of water, and a sun cap. Tell us about allergies, medical conditions, or accessibility needs in the safeguarding note so the team can prepare. Basic refreshments are provided for registered children.
The confirmation message repeats the time, the venue — Golden Treasure Schools, Ado-Ekiti — and these collection rules.
