How registration information is used.

Parents, guardians, and authorized group coordinators register children. Children are not asked to create accounts, public profiles, or to message anyone through this site.

We collect guardian and coordinator contact details, a child’s name, date of birth, optional gender, emergency contact, collection adults, and the consents you give. An optional medical, allergy, or accessibility note is stored separately and encrypted. Only safeguarding staff can open it, and each opening is recorded.

Photography and future updates are separate choices. Both start off. A required consent is never bundled with either of them.

Records are kept for the event, attendance, gifts, and any follow-up you asked for. You may request a correction or deletion through the contact form. Marketing records are removed when you withdraw the update consent.

Registration data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored in a private database. Exports used for planning leave medical notes out unless a safeguarding lead specifically includes them, and that export is recorded.

The site uses only the storage needed to keep a registration draft on your own device and to run the staff desk. The draft on your device does not include medical notes.
